We are delighted to share our Mysore classes and Mitchell's Rolfing, again in Europe from mid-May through the summer through August 2018. We'll be spending time in ashtanga communities in Austria, Croatia, Spain and Norway this summer, as well as creating a shared living/practicing session in Morocco by the sea.

Immersions in Rhythm
An experience of quiet, deep inner practice by the sea combined with an immersion in North African style and sound  
Join us for a deep dive into inner space through breath and practice together…and invigorate the spirit in the collective rhythm and energy of North Africa. 


Join us for 10 days (or 4-day module) of proper Mysore-style practice in in a beautiful "riad"/ historic house built overlooking the sea.  The intimate setting of max 14 students with 2 teachers offers a deeper experience with much personal attention and individual detail.  
The last weekend coincides with the famous Gnaoua Music Festival, bringing the old and new music of North Africa to Essaouira…

 We will practice in a beautiful "riad"/ historic house built into the city walls and overlooking the sea  Practice is followed by tea on the rooftop terrace.
* Two x 3-hr afternoon classes on yoga tristhana and 'functional anatomy' (topics can be specified to the group's interest).
* Q & A session.
* Vegetarian closing dinner at riad on June 23 or 24

5 days of old-school Mysore-style classes, Q & A session, yoga tristhana discussion. 
Mitchell will also teach an introductory bodywork class, and offer Rolfing sessions upon reservation.
